Interaction With the eBay Community

1. Be available to answer questions. You do not want a buyer to lose interest because you do not answer an email for two days.
2. Use eBay's internal email system. This way a record will be maintained of all exchanges.
3. Always treat buyers courteously and professionally.
4. If the buyer has an issue, try to resolve it amicably.
